Time limit on exchanges:

Products must be returned within 21 days of the Process Date on the order packing slip to receive a refund exchange or store credit to be used on www.TheVVSBeauty.com. Items returned to be exchanged must be received by V V S Beauty in original packaging and condition. V V S Beauty reserves the right to deny any exchange or store credit at anytime based on reasons including but not limited to (e.i. fraudulent activity, extensive return history, etc.).

Returning free products/gift with purchase:

All items received with purchase must be returned. Free hair extension promotions are only valid when recipient chooses to keep the hair purchased. If free extensions or gifts are not returned, the value of items (value solely being determined by V V S Beauty) will be deducted from exchange or store credit amount. If the value of products and/or gifts exceed the amount of exchange, no credit or exchange will be given.No person/s residing in same household or household thought to be associated to recipient will be granted access to place future orders on www.TheVVSBeauty.com and any affiliating sites and stores.

In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier. V V S Beauty is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged goods once received by parcel service.
